New video shows how the apprenticeship service will work

Posted by: , Posted on: - Categories: Apprenticeship service

Employers have already given us positive feedback about the apprenticeship service – they’ve told us it's simple, easy to use and intuitive.

This short video tells you more about the service. Our design and development experts tell you how it gives employers control, how it can help drive up quality and, importantly, how it will work.

Take a look at the video and let us know what you think in the comments. If you are eligible to pay the apprenticeship levy in April and haven't already registered for the service, you can sign up here.

From what I have seen so far a lot of work must have gone into making the system simple and easy to use - New systems (particularly Government ones) seem to be developed to be complex and challenging as if would show extra value. Well pleased to say the opposite seems to be true here, making it this simple and easy to understand and use must have been a massive challenge, well done to those working on it.

Still think that more information and a "test" site should be available for employer to use beforehand to familiarise and understand what information is needed and gained.

As it goes live when will the first date that employers can enrol an apprentice. Simply saying when the levy is visible is not useful for planning.

Keep hearing about this digital system but cannot get any information on how and when we can set our account up.

hi could anyone please explain if a provider has a similar account where they can see which employers have selected them / how will a provider know if an employer has picked them?
